Hi, I want to create an online magazine. But I do not have much funding or ad right now. So I am searching for some website designers who can build a good quality website at lower cost at shorter time. I have already used website builder, but that is not what I'm looking for. This should be a custom built website and look same in all browsers, at least in Firefox and Mozilla. Also, it is to be ensured that I will have the full control over adding items, editing and deleting. Thank you.
