For the entire website features may it be membership, gallery and team specs.. we can use wordpress with this you will get many other features as well, or we can use codeignitor to create a custom project.. For the store part since you haventemtioned much i would like to share two options with you -- if you need a online store with core functions then we can use wordpress only for that.. but if you are looking for some advanced store options then what we can do is like create a subdomain for you and install magento store which provide robust online store features.. verdict - if you to keep store simple go with wordpress and if advanced features then magento.. but the only problem you will have is both have there own admin panel so you will need to login into separate pannels for manaing them.
