We want to build a new website for our yoga studio using the same text and menu structure we currently have but on a new template
(this one: [login to view URL] ) and on a new platform (wordpress).

All website functionality should be migrated as well.
This includes:
En event’s/workshops module that automatically synchronizes with Google Calendar and Facebook.

with this add-on: [login to view URL] (to import Facebook events) but Im open to evaluate other options.
A module that allows to integrate Paypal with Forms and automatically add the responses to a Google Spreadsheet. You will have to transcribe our current website's embedded Google Forms to this module.
In one section of our website (called Awakening & Healing) - As this program runs through out the year would be nice to include a date of arrival for the student to select before booking (where the website would pretend to check availability and always find) and typing full Name, an optional comment and email.
For the packages/workshops that run on specific dates, write know we have 3 buttons for the user to select which type of accommodation they want and no date of arrival is requested to the user ([login to view URL]).
We would like to change this using a Wordpress hotel room plug-in so the user can instead select their arrival date (again with a fake availability check as we always have availability) and type of accommodation from a drop-down box so the correct cost for paypal payment will be displayed. (both previous mentioned functionalities can be done with the some plug-in).
Please also add a SEO plugin for wordpress.
All payments done at the website or inquires have to be notified by email and the information stored in one or more Google Spreadsheets (no email-forms).

Two slideshow (as we currently have), one for home page and another one for yoga teacher training page.
An an html video player (no flash videos).
We also would like the developer to create a nice and attractive design using the template suggested and photos (that will be provided once we start the project) .
All plug-ins / modules that the developer might need will be paid by us separately and send to the developer by email.
The website has to be fully responsive.
We are looking for an all-inclusive solution, including ensuring an attractive graphic design on text and pictures. Please mention the name of our website on your proposal so I know you actually read the project description. ;-)
