Build a directory website for industry, Wholesale, distributor and bulk retailer

Requirements: Seller Component: Businesses can list their business on this directory. Business can build a simple website on this directory with their logo, business description, product details and contact information. Business can register as a premium business and other facilities will be provided if they sign up as a premium business. Business can put a quote on the leads (i.e. currently you have put up a quote) but the number of quote they can post depends on the plan they have joined. Both buyer and seller can see their information only if their price quote are selected. Both buyer and sellers can communicate under the lead almost like a communication box or forum about the lead or product to get more information about the lead. They will however, not be able to see each others information, unless buyer has bought premium membership. ( if not sure ask question) Buyer part: Buyer can sign up and put up a portfolio and can log in via social network Buyer can put review on the seller if they have available a service via them. Buyer can sent instant msg to the businesses listed on the directory. Buyer can post leads on the lead , if they haven't found a supplier. Now, please do not quote a ridiculous amount for this project as you can actually get pre-installed directory service and skin it to make it dynamic and responsive.
