Build a custom wordpress theme

This will be an easy theme for a WordPress expert. Custom theme from png examples and urls. We will need 1 home page, and 1 internal page wordpress design from the example. Home page should look similar to: [login to view URL] and internal pages will look like the draft: [login to view URL] top responsive-mobile view menu navigation and font or page like: [login to view URL] we will use google fonts or font awesome for the text font style and size. We will want to have three options to select from for the header and footer area along with optional background image and color from page to page for all navigation menus. The page content should include blog, portfolio, image, or video and content templates for pages. We will upload design examples for the header, footer, and content templates. Should be fully responsive for web and mobile. Will need to change the top menu and logo area height so comment this in the css so we can modify colors font and background size. Upon completion - upload the theme to the server. We will test and approve if it works. If it needs corrections you will be given access to make any changes needed.
