I have completed a project similar to this, all by myself. You can check the website at gymhunter.herokuapp.com. I am good at hosting too, so I can help you with that, if you need to find a hosting provider. I suggest to go with Heroku or Amazon cloud. I use heroku for free, it is great. I have lots of experience in building complex modules, which work in all types of combinations of UI, middleware and database complexities. That website has google maps (with streetview, regular view, directions). It handles file store using jquery blueimp plugin which is a heavy-weight, but quite well known too. Let me know if you want to discuss. At the same time, I would urge you to ignore the comments from some beggars (with no money to pay, but only fooling around on this site) to keep professionals like me not getting work. I reported that to freelancer and they mentioned that some action has been taken to prevent such false advertising. We will see. We can even talk if you want.
