We would like to build a website. It has three user types.
USER 1 : Signs up to this website. Receives an verification email. User must be verified via this email. After verification USER 1 signs in to site. There will be a terms and conditions text box (read and accept), USER 1 accepts and continues. There will be a multi question form. USER 1 fills out this form online. (USER1 can fill out this form in various sessions). Therefore <save> button should be used. Once USER1 finishes the form <send> button should be activated. The USER1 sends the form. Each filled form should be stored at the database and also be sent to administrator via e-mail.
USER 2: This user will be administrator. All forms on the database can be seen by USER 2. Also able to download these forms to his local pc in pdf form.
USER 3: This user is the second level of USER 1. (Normally system collects all the forms and after inspection by the administrator some users (USER1) will be out of competition. The rest chosen USER1 group (nearly 20 person) will continue to use the website) In the second level of competition USER 3 must fill out another form ( same conditions as stated for USER1) but this time USER3 can upload some additional files to the website. Here again USER 2 can control, read and download the fulfilled forms and files.
Design of the front page will be supplied by us in psd format.
