I am looking for eLearning website, which provide a learning management solution w and create online courses, lessons and tutorials for distribution to targeted audiences. I need both business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) business models. eLearning venders can easily service multiple clients yet providing quality and satisfactory services. Corporations are able to conduct training services to a variety of clients regardless of their current location. This should also include administering tests during and after the learning period. Project is open for bid, only company or person with proficiency in English language is required.
