Build Website- Tutoring broker

Please read the following carefully as I will need a website to be developed for this: Type of Website: Educational/ Tutoring Details: The website will need my traffic (users) to be able to make an account and login with their individual accounts for both Tutors and students. There will be two types of logins (Tutors and students). The students will post there assignments by uploading it or pasting a text of the work in a box, that will be publicly available for all tutors to see. The tutors will be able to complete the work and re-upload the document or write in text back to the students account on the work they finished. There also must be a way of making transactions by credit card (and another payment system to receive bitcoins through showing the receiving bitcoin address which I will share.) Structure of the payment system: I WILL NOT do PayPal payments and only another credit card processor/ and bitcoin payments. I will provide with a bitcoin receiving address to my customers (students) and there will be a bar necessary on the website to provide there bitcoin sending address (so I know from who the bitcoins are being sent by). Assignment uploads and features: The website must have a solid and clean design and EASY development in which I can edit the website and manage it without sufficient coding skills. The website must also have a live chat function that will enable the students and tutors to chat anytime with their login usernames, and give the administrators full access to the contents of the chats. On the students assignment page the tutor will also be able to update through messages about the status/ completion of the assignment.
