Hi there, I need a bit of clarification on the project. Will this be only for admin/office use or will there be an ability for public to interact, at this point (when phase3 is done). Understood each functionality except point 6 well, but I need to grasp the thing in full. I believe public will have access to price calculator and zip code finder. Now what confuses me is the non existence of users making an online shipping request, will you have a contact number they have to call or will you want them to be able to do it online, don't see it outlined in features. Now since you want the barcode generator and tracking number generator, it sounds to me they are part of "orders" or shipping requests. I'm happy to discuss further till I fully understand.
