I am hiring web developer/designers to build a website for a real estate investment company. The main purpose for this website is to display projects/portfolio. The functionality is simple and information based. The design, however, has to be of high quality, even fancy. (The main audience are investors). The most important components of the websites are mainly slideshow and animated pictures. The rest are to show information. I need 2 languages(English and Chinese, I will provide text for the Chinese version), and responsive design for phones.
