Build a Website

In short: We need a Joomla expert to change the registration process on our Joomla development sire. The website already has two registration processes working on it. One using JomSocial and the other using Joomla’s own registration. We would like to remove the JomSocial registration and tailor the Joomla registration to include some custom fields detailed below. Deliverables: - a working double opt-in sign up process for our website described below - a My account settings page (according to mockup) - to ensure that the login lightbox that is currently on the development site is linked to the correct pages and it works properly - make the following changes to the top right menu: when signed out: instead of ‘MY ACCOUNT’ ‘JOIN THE IMS COMMUNITY’ it should be ‘SIGN UP | SIGN IN’ When signed in, it should say ‘MY ACCOUNT’ Mockups are provided for the lightbox to go with each. - ensure that all the processes relating to the registration procedure remain fully working - Jomsocial not present on the public site Detailed job description: 1 Registration page We would like to use Joomla’s own registration process (already in place and fully working) on our new website extended with the following custom fields, all of which should be a compulsory field. Current registration page that need changing is here: [login to view URL] Name (text field), Username (text field), Email (text field), Password (text field), Verify password (text field), Organisation (drop-down: School, Supplier, Other) Other should reveal a text field; deselecting Other should hide the text field. If School has been selected for 'organisation' then display the following options: School type (drop-down: State school, Academy, Independent school, Other) Other should reveal a text field; deselecting Other should hide the text field. Primary/Secondary (drop-down: Primary, Secondary, SEN, Other) Other should reveal a text field; deselecting Other should hide the text field. If 'Supplier' has been selected for 'Organisation' then display: Job title (textfield) See mockup.  2 Activation email This is in place already but please advise on whether there is a way to integrate this process with Mailchimp so that all subscribers including the custom fields are added to Mailchimp. 3 Activation link message See mockup. 4 Thank you page When a new user clicks the activation link, they should be sent to a ‘Thank you page’ with the following message: Thank you for registering on our website. Your account has been activated. Underneath the Username + password Other pages related to the sign-up process: Basic settings page (this should be available from the lightbox - see mockups) This is currently available here and does not need changing: [login to view URL] Clicking on ‘Edit profile’ This link brings up this page: [login to view URL] Changes to be implemented on this page: hide the option of changing their email address include the option of ‘Delete my account’ with confirmation question (Are you sure you want to delete your account?) include the option of changing the custom fields that they are already filled in When an account has not been activated yet When a user tries to sign in through the lightbox before account activation, redirect to a login page (this needs creating) and display the following error message: Your email has not been confirmed. Resend activation email? The ‘Resend activation email?’ text should be a link, which when clicked, resends the activation email for that user and reloads the page with the following message: Activation email has been sent, please check your inbox.
