I a currently in the middle of designing (via wire frame) a website which is set to be a community related to a specific topic.
I envisage three sections and within each I would need to post links to articles & videos, write my own articles and since I mentioned community, I would like to have a 'discussion' section & invite people to leave comments & questions.
I can provide wire frames & a flow chart of what it should look like however I need someone to actually develop the site, grant me access to the back-end so that I can monitor it all at my own discretion & possibly provide designs or suggest a graphic designer.
