I own a web design company, however I am overbooked and Im looking for someone to do this website for me...if you are good there will be many more jobs. It needs to be done within 3 days. Also needs to be fully functional following these specific directions. IF you aren't 100% positive you can do this exactly as the directions say then don't apply! I will have about 3 new websites per week for the person selected. Please see attachments for instructions on layout. The design of template will be like this website ( as well as the interactive forms and login access from the tenant and owners. [login to view URL] I will not pay more than $100.00 for this site since its a trial for a new partner to work with on a permanent basis. I have a ton of work which will be paying you much more.
