when user click the button the colour and size of the button will be change and become bigger. besides that on the button also have another function. For example on USER button when user click on it will appear a new page that show a functions of key in report, how to report, view report. I will attach the file that contain all button and its function. On the webpage there will be an announcement which will be appear on the centre of the webpage and slowly moving up. For the background, I just need a simple and related with IT helpdesk. On top of the webpage, I need an interactive banner with a title of "IT Careline" I also need another same webpage that will be act for the administrator. there some different on the features and function of the webpage.
