I am looking for someone who can help build a website for a 'maids' hiring service.
What the site should do:
1. Allow someone to upload their CV/Resume for customers to browse
2. On the website anyone can create a free user account for hiring the services of the persons who upload their Resume's/CV's
3. Index page should be able to populate the profiles of service providers (the maids who offer the service
4. Any persons who upload their Resume's/CV's will pay a fee before their Resumes/Profiles are listed for use by clients
5. Use of e-commerce capability for Service Providers to pay for upload of their Resume/CV
6. Profile of Service Provider (maid) will contain information about the area/city/map/language/skills/experience etc. of the service provider
