Build a Website

I am looking to create a home rentals website where I can have my clients register & showcase their units. The final product should be a platform with available properties for rent. We the property managers & site owners should have superadmin rights. We should be able to set/control everything (ie prices, add/remove units, etc.) Our clients/property owners can create an account and have their unit listed on our site. Clients have the right to manage the their calendars (availability) and all logistical matters (lease date begin, lease date end, unit maintenance, etc..). So basically we are looking to create a website with the following: • For us (website owner, super-admin & property manager). The ability to: o Create our own rentals website o Use our domain name, brand, feel & look o List our own properties (i.e we will be a host with multiple listings) o Have other property owners list their homes and become hosts on our website o Have clients register as guests o Approve, remove, block, hide and promote hosts/property owners o Have a host rating system o Define listings/properties categories/types (ex: shared room, private room, studio, 1 bedroom, etc..) o Set the rental prices (per listing, per property type, geographically)  Set prices per night, week or month cost  Add Taxes  Charge and collect a fee from hosts (other property managers)  Charge and collect a service fee (from guests) o Collect payments:  Accept payments from clients  Ability to pay hosts/property owners their money for completed bookings o Track business performance & analytics (dashboard) o Communicate with hosts (internal communication system) • For Property owners (Hosts). The ability to: o Register and list their homes o Add, update, remove property details o Manage their booking & calendars o Get notifications o Get paid o Communicate with potential hosts (internal communication system) • For Guests (Clients). The ability to: o Search, inquire & book properties o Review properties Kindly let me know if the above makes sense or if you have any questions.
