I DO NOT WANT TO HIRE A COMPANY THAT WILL SEND ME A GUY TO DO THE WORK. PLEASE DO NOT WAIST MY TIME. WE ONLY HIRE DIRECT EMPLOYEES THAT ARE ON OUR PAYROLL. I AM LOOKING FOR AN EMPLOYEE THAT HAS OVER 6 YEARS EXPERIENCE. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE LEVEL. I have a full online system. The system has over 1300 fields of data. The system has complex algorithms and calculations. I service over 3 states in the US and Have many clients. It is my goal to be able to grow into all 50 states in a decent amount of time. We are a real estate investing company that markets to people who want to purcahse properties. I need someone who has: 1. Server management Skills 2. PHP 3. J query 4. Java Script 5. and other newer and advanced programing languages. You must be able to communicate on a daily basis. Please do not apply if you are a coder who cannot communicate well. If you are a personality that is I dont want to be bothered or you say leave me alone, then this job is not for you. You must be a great communicator and a very hard worker. I pay $4.00 to $5.00 per hour depending on experience You will be expected to work 40 to 60 hours a week. This job is not for the faint at heart. You must be able to work with over 50 people that are constantly needing website fixes and implementations. If you are successful in working with the company you will over time be a part of a company that will build world wide. We are a company with Huge expectations. Thank You
