Build a Website

I have subscribed to [login to view URL] and have the basic framework ready from them for a streaming online yoga lessons. However, I want to add some addition features like - You can see the basic website at [login to view URL] 1) New User Registration, password reset, etc. 2) Register for the offerred on line courses 3) Make Payments and allow refunds 4) once a yoga lesson has been requested, we should be able to publish the details for online video lesson through webex or google hangout or skype 5) create a video library of courses; If a user has already paid for that course, they can play the video anytime again for no cost; however, if they are choosing a different recording, they have to pay a nominal amount 6) I should be able to add/change classes by simple addition to a text file
