ok I'm after a website thinking 5 pages total , 1 front page, 3 members pages such as bronze, silver and gold. and maybe a visitor page the object is to sign people up to my page for $$ per month on a monthly subscription base. that person then gets there own log in details for the website to what ever level they signed up to bronze, silver or gold and own unique code to sign others up with. that person uses that unique code that is theres for ever and they use this code to then sign up people to my website under them and they pay the monthly $$ they select based on level. now the person who signs someone up with there unique code gets a percentage of the subscription fee of the person they signed up. ( hope you can follow this) its a rewards based affiliate program for selling subscriptions to the website. i would need the subscription code to run on the first of each month and the commission code to run on the 7th each month. i want customers to be able to set up subscription payment easy like paypal or strip. and i also want to be able to make the commission payouts easy preferable back to the account they paid with. i need to make sure its all safe, and secure. the customer database has all the info i need. and for the programming to be 100% correct so it works out exactly what each person gets paid based on how many members they sign up. and if a member councils that the system can recognise this and not pay the affiliate the commission for the cancellation ok so that seems a lot if you can do that we can talk about designing the pages this will be lot easier as the main part is getting the other stuff right. i will set an hourly or fixed budget on this but would be open to having you stay on full time for any tech support down the track and your also taking a percentage $$ on each subscription as payment. example if we started at paying you $1 a subscription and get to 400 members in the 1st month you would get 400 dollars now this is also a reoccurring fee so every time the member pays their subscription you would get your payment. so imagine when there is 10,000 members paying every month. good money hey, and if it gets complicated programming you decide who to bring on and we then pay them a percentage of the commissions. so just talk with me and we can work this all out
