-------------- Who am I -------------------- I am a web developer, who is in need of someone to take some of my workload, as I am absolutely inundated with work. I have been working with wordpress for as long as I can remember. I am fluent in perl, PHP, JS and jQuery. I am also fluent in HTML, css, less, Sass and a whole slew of other languages. --------------- What I need ----------------- Looking for a reliable and skilled developer for ongoing work. Must have a good understanding of Wordpress core, including experience developing plugins and themes. A strong knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP is also required. ------------ What I expect ------------------ - Clean code: By this I mean producing clean, easy to understand code. Following best practices and standards. Proper variable and function names (no crap like $a). - Secure code: By this I mean following proper protocol in dealing with user input. Sanitization and validation protocols should be followed when applicable. - Communication: By this I mean being available within a reasonable time frame. This includes responding to emails and all messages. Ideally, I'd like someone who will available on skype. I don't expect immediate replies, but do ideally expect a response within 24 hours at most. A Strong grasp of the english language will be required. ------------------ Project details ---------------------- Project details will be discussed with candidates. Should the initial project go well, we'll proceed to an ongoing basis. --------------- Payment -------------------------------- Any and all payments will be done through Freelancer. 50% of the agreed upon project price will be put in escrow as soon as the project begins. ---------- Closing ----------- Please include the phrase Sheldon Cooper in the first line of your proposal.
