Build a Client Information Portal

I am seeking a freelancer who can build a Client Information Portal. I do not need the complete website but just an extension. I already have a website and i need an extension for example: client.example.com. The features it must have: 1) Client can log in to website with their username and password, they can register themselves or admin can create an account. 2) There should be an option to track. For Eg: They can see whether their application is in process, received or finalized etc. 3) Client's Basic information should be recorded, they can edit details and save new information. Store pictures etc. 4) Provide a self-service portal for your clients to review their activity and take action, schedule appointments, send messages and share files. 5) Generate reports in PDF, send emails to clients from the portal. 6) There should be an admin page where i can customize as the nature of business changes. It should record the client emails, information, emails and have a activity list. 7) I should have the option whether to activate the additional features, such as appointments etc. 8) There should be an email template and i can select the one i wish and send it to client.
