Animated Charater

I need someone to create a character rig in flash or after effects that I can take and from there do some basic Animation to it. Simple stuff as in make its mouth and eyes move depending on the script. I have attached something similar we are looking for something scary and cool not a skull maybe a terminator type character or flaming horse or something ideas welcome. I am happy to add in the later effects like flames and that sort or thing. Love to have this done as soon as possible
