Confidential information (Patent-pending) We plan to provide a website where a User will be able to claim any educational degree, we will verify it, and we will then provide the User a Seal that he/she can install anywhere on the web and when clicked will securely render the associated Certificate directly from our website. We need to create a website that will have two kinds of users - Claimants and Viewers. Claimant 1. Claimants will sign in using only their LinkedIn account. 2. We will store their "entire" LinkedIn profile including their educational, employment history (for future use), and any other available information, in our database. 3. We will then display a list of all their "claimed" educational degrees from their LinkedIn profile in a table: College, Dates attended, Degree, Major, Status (Verified or "Verify now" button), URL of Certificate (if Verified), "Generate Seal" (if Verified). 4. When they click on the "Verify now" button for any given degree, we will populate a Degree Verify Form with all the relevant data, including their Name as it appears in the college records, and their DOB. They can of course correct or fill in any required missing details in the Form. 5. They will agree to provide us the authorization to verify their claimed degree on their behalf. 6. We will then securely transmit the Claimant's data to our partner's web service and they will securely return the verification details. 7. Based on successful verification, we will issue each Claimant a unique VeriSign-like secure Certificate of verification that will be stored only on our website at https... 8. Claimant should be able to generate code for a Seal that he can install anywhere on the web. 9. They should also be able to claim and verify additional degrees that are not mentioned in their LinkedIn profile. We will provide them with a Form to fill out including a drop-down for the Country, Name of the College, Dates attended, Degree, and Major. Viewer 1. A Claimant can install the seal anywhere on the web and when a Viewer clicks on a Seal to view an associated certificate, the Viewer will have to Sign in or Sign up. 2. New Viewers will have to Sign up and pick one of our subscription options - a. Pay per view: $TBD/certificate view b. Monthly subscription: enables volume-based discounts of certificate views: 1 - 100 certificates (TBD% discount); 101 - 500 (TBD% discount); 501 - 1000 (TBD% discount); 1001+ (TBD% discount) 3. For registered users after Sign in, check if the Viewer has already paid to view that particular certificate - if yes, display the certificate, if no, prompt the Viewer to accept payment terms. 4. The Viewer will have a section where we will list the Claimant's names and URLs of all the purchased certificates.
