Design a Flyer

We have a brand toolkit and several graphics already made for our company, FitYourSpace. We would like to publish a flyer that uses our already existing graphics plus a few more, which we'll need a designer to create. Thus, the job here is to create several new graphics in line with our already existing branding, and then design a flyer with those graphics. To see the graphics already created, click here: [login to view URL] And here: [login to view URL] We need graphics designed for #s 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 (see text below) that are in line with our company's other graphics and overall brand feel. Additionally, we need the text below (with its corresponding graphics) crated into a one-page flyer with our logo. The FitYourSpace Healthy Office Checklist 1. Stand for 1-3 hours while working at your computer. You can do this without buying a new desk (minimally, create a standing workstation for a laptop-- the Ikea LACK table costs $9.99). Set a goal for standing, such as: Commit to morning emails standing. Read Standing. Choose a specific time each day to stand (for example, the first hour of the day, the hour after lunch, or from 3-4pm). 2. Set a timer for 30 minutes every time you sit down. When the timer goes off, stand up from your desk for 3 minutes. 3. Form a walking group. Meet every day, and take a walk for 15 minutes before or after lunch. 4. Walk 8 flights of stairs over the course of the day. Take the stairs in the morning. Use the bathroom on a different floor. Take two flights before lunch. 5. Stand during phone calls. Use a bluetooth to stand--or or even better, pace-- while on the phone. 6. Have an out-of-chair meeting. Make it a walking meeting. Make it a standing meeting. 7. Drink a lot of water: 2 liters for women (about 9 cups) and 3 liters for men (about 13 cups). Not only will this ensure optimal hydration, but it will result in more frequent bathroom breaks-- increasing the amount of time you’re on your feet. 8. Bring healthy snacks to work such as fruit, carrot sticks, and mixed nuts, BUT stash them on the other side of the office so you have to walk to get them. 9. Utilize your commute to add movement to your day. Bike or walk to work. Get off the train one stop early and walk. Park a 5-minute walk away from the office. 10. Elevate your heart rate once per day, if only for 5 minutes. Try pushups, stairs, a brisk walk outside, squats, or invisible jump rope
