I have a jpg and I am converting it to the drupal front page I have done this task but still it need some fixes like border fixing , color code checking background image fix, and some logo fixes I accept that you will be skills in psd to html conversion , photoshop expert, css expert you will not in need to fix any thing in drupal but if you know it will be plus i will give you 500 INR for this task and in case client approve the work I will give you another 500 inr [login to view URL] you can see it need some fixes.
