Design Homepage Mockup for a Translation Company Website

I am looking for a web designer to create homepage design mockup for a translation company website. Once the page is created, I will have another project to design other pages for the website. The homepage needs custom design. No wordpress. The upper visible half of the page should be simple and functional. It should include good landscape/city image with plenty of sky and a navigation panel with four buttons: Home, FAQ, Quality, Contact Us. I don’t need “Sign In”, “Log In”, or “Register” buttons, or phone number displayed. For examples, please see the attached examples 1 and 2. Please note: I don’t want you to copy the design, your design should not look 90% like the examples. I want you to create your own design similar in function but not identical in appearance. If you plan to use an image of a person (as in example 2), your design should not resemble the design of the person in example 2. The lower visible half of the page should contain a panel with buttons letting user select languages for translation, upload document for translation, enter the number of pages, select project completion time, and continue to the next step (ordering). For an example, please see the attached example 3. Detailed description of the panel: The top of the panel should have a progress bar similar to the bar in example 3. The progress bar should have four steps/sections: 1) select languages, 2) upload documents, 3) choose timeframe, 4) start my project. Under the bar, the panel should be divided into 4 sections corresponding to the 4 sections of the progress bar. The panel should include 1) a button to select source language for translation and button to select target language; 2) button to upload files and icons for supported file types (pdf, word, excel, power point, .txt); 3) illustration of a drop-down menu for project timeframes with the word “select” displayed as default option Underneath the menu, a field to enter number of pages for translation. 4) a button to start translation and under the button, a text field letting user to add a note.
