Our website has a lot of small images used to construct the website structure/Backgrounds. We are looking for a professional to help design 1 or 2 css sprite files that would have most of the repeatable static UI elements, greatly reducing the number of http calls. The task will also require updating our CSS file to leverage the new css sprite and testing is cross browsers (IE8 +, Firefox, Chrome and apple/samsung/Google smartphone and tables). We do have accesss to a software allowing you to test the output cross browsers.
