Design and Build a Music Website

PROJECT DETAILS: I hired a freelancer to build a website - www.afrodancemusic.com. This project involves designing a website for a music artist, whose music combines Electronic Dance Music (EDM) and African music elements. I am looking to create a unique and captivating website - that combines club theme graphics with African elements in a clean and creative/artsy design. I am not happy with the direction of the site - especially around the development and optimization for mobile platform so I will like to hire another freelancer to improve and complete the project. While I would like to keep the general theme, logo, layout of the site, I certainly want to improve on the design, page layout, and content structure. As for the development, there are issues around site integrity, user interface/experience. Most importantly, the site design and development is not configured/optimal for mobile platform. The contact and subscription forms have validation errors, etc. I would like the freelancer to build on the current design and development; I don't want him or her to reinvent the wheel but I would like improvements from a design and development standpoint - adding cutting edge and creative design elements and making sure the site is solid from a development standpoint incorporating best practices. I want a developer who can carry out stringent quality assurance test to make sure that the site is represented and functions as intended. PROJECT TIME FRAME: Because of the nature of this project (i.e. work in progress), there is a very short time frame for this project - 24 hours from project award. As I have an event for which I need this site to be ready for. If you cannot meet this deadline, please DO NOT bid. I will NOT response to general/template proposals that do not proper understanding of the project. In your bid, indicate what you plan to do/approach for the project. Also, I ONLY want to work with individual freelancers NOT companies or team of freelancers. If you will not be the ONLY working on the project, please do not bid. I want a personal touch.
