Create a seller panel

It needs to be only very very basic to look at. Customers sign up with email and password that is all, no more info than this is needed. Customers have a balance they can view at anytime and top up with paypal, and they see the change in their balance automatically. They have 3 pages, order page, balance page, order history / tracking page. Admin has order page where can see new orders and change the order 'status' so customer can see how their order is doing, Then mark as complete and order will go into admin page 'past jobs' which will keep a full record of historical orders and their value. The admin will also have a page to add, edit and delete products and prices Order page, will contains 5 - 15 products all on this page, just text though in a table, they order on this page like.... Let's say... Twitter followers = $10 per 1k, they type in 5000, it auto calculates to $50 and deducts from their balance we have wufoo premium account if it makes it easier somehow you are welcome to use it for forms, when the customer places an order we will need info such as profile link etc, but when topping up balance we do not need any info That's really it I think The layout only has to be basic Graphic details etc,.
