Build a Website

Please only bid on this if you can do it immediately. We need it done today. This a simple single-page that we have an urgent priority to complete Start from this page: [login to view URL] - We copied this page style from another page on the Internet. All the text, graphics, colors stay the same. We need it rebuilt from scratch to have the same style and layout. The new page should have none of the old page code which has all kinds of garbage still in it. Changes: -The 4 images & text under them (Capture!, Research, Quality, Community) should link to the anchors on the sections (Capture, Research, etc) -The 4 images (Capture!, Research, Quality, Community), should match in color, use the lightest color of the group (we have license to them). -Open up the top header on the page. We want to add a much bigger "Capture!" logo in the top left. The logo there is already width of 400, but the area it is in is making it smaller. -Add some sort of vertical divider on the top of the page (color accent or line etc -Change the link style from Orange to Blue. Change the button style to Red (match the capture logo)
