I am launching a new business, called "Be Your Own Agent" - nationwide launch in the next 2 - 3 months.
I want to commission an animated video to explain the benefits of landlords NOT using a real estate agency, but instead using the BYOA software to self manage, and save thousands.
I want the video to be humorous, a bit edgy, and slick.

One of our competitors has a video on their site, and this will give you an idea on the content that I will be looking for.

I am also looking at creating a series of animated videos as part of our marketing drive, so this job will hopefully turn into a series of commissioned projects.
The video will be between 1:30 - 3:00 (same as our competitors video). I need someone with creativity to help drive the animation in the right direction - if you are just a technical presenter, then this probably isn't the job for you, as I need someone to drive with some creativity.
