Card Game network

I am working on a social online multiplayer card game which i want to integrate into social network site and mobile version. I need a main menu with Play now,submenus help, play with friends and profile buttons,a generic OK and Cancel button, create game screen with a couple buttons and icons on it, create or join game selection window,Invite friend to game selection button, and transfer points to friend options, gift,game history and achievements buttons, total points balance data. Like chatting it should have game rooms where members can join game and play duel, quartet, and octets. The game moderator in form of admin can allocate so-called points to member on request. It should be a card flip over game in which players stake 50points or multiples of 50points. Each Players will then flip over two cards turn by turn with each given 15 secs to play or lose turn to the next player only to get a second chance after others are done, or if no action on player part, computer automatically flips for him. At end of game player with the highest sum of two cards wins and will have 90 percent of staked points transfer to his Total points and the remaining 10 percent transfer to admin account. Css for computer and Java version for mobile is required. game can be played by many members online realtime at same time. Queing and waiting for completeness of two, four player or eight players should be enabled as the case may be.
