Design some Stationery

Background: We are a provider of plumbing and electrical tradespeople in Australia servicing the Hunter region, as well as the Central Coast and Canberra. We provide a mid to premium level service to our customers, sitting towards the top in in terms of value, quality and customer service. As part of our marketing activities we are seeking fresh designs ideas for our printed collateral that will be distributed to all of our existing customers, as well as used to gain new business. Scope: • Designs are to use the existing colour palette, as well as the existing characters and logos • There should be a consistent theme and feel that carries across all items • The designs should compliment the existing website • The designs should be versatile enough to transition to other media including online and television Deliverables: • Stage 1: 3 Design Concepts for initial consideration (Postcard Mailer – 130mm x 210mm / double sided); then • Stage 2: Digital files for each of the following (in .ai format): o 2 x DL flyers - full colour one side (same format for both but one for Electrical and one for Plumbing) o 2 x Postcard Mailer – 130mm x 210mm / double sided o Membership Application Forms – A4 folded to DL / double sided (with perforation) o Envelopes – 114 x 162mm / printed 2 colours one side / plain face o Tent Cards – A5 folded to A6 / double sided o Discount card – 55mm x 90mm / full colour to each side / gloss cello to each side / rounded corners o Door Hangers – DL size / Die cut hole with slit / double sided o Letterhead – full colour header and footer o Envelopes – DL/DLX window face / printed one side 2 colours o Presentation Folders – standing forme / die cut / double gusset / full colour outer o Business Card 55mm x 90mm / full colour each side • Ongoing: If we are happy with the design, quality of workmanship, timing and price of the chosen designer then we will be seeking an ongoing partnership for future work, both in print and online. Method: Once the successful designer has been chosen they will be provided with existing collateral (ai/psd files) as well as further information about the company and the project. In addition there will be access to a resource to assist with any further information that may be required. Timeframe: Stage 1: 3 business days week to complete design concepts Stage 2: 2 weeks from confirmation of chosen design concept
