Design 6 Stationery Items (4 in Word, 2 in design software) (Nexus)

We have a client who needs six items of stationery design for his car hire business: pricelists, driver's daily run sheet, account application form and company background.
Four of the items need to be designed in Word (A4 page size) so that he can make changes when he needs to. The other two can be designed in Illustrator or InDesign if you prefer. Also at A4 page size.
The package of files will include:
- detailed brief
- text from client for each item
- final logo files
- artwork for business cards, brochure, website and letterhead so you can see the overall style to fit in with
