Create Product Catalog in PDF Format

I need a product catalog created using the photos and product information contained in our company website. I need the catalog to be in Adobe PDF format, and is designed so that I can add updates or revise myself in the future. I want the design to be simple, professional, and match the color scheme of our site. I also need the document to be lightweight and not extremely graphic intensive as these catalogs will be emailed. I also want the catalogs to look good if we decide to print them out for a client. I want the catalog to include a brief overview and introduction to the company and our products, and each product description have to be concise but contain the important facts like ingredients and outstanding features. The text has to be very convincing and highly effective as a sales tool. The photos and information will be taken from our company website, and from our facebook page. I will be out travelling on business so I prefer not to be asked for more information or additional graphics. You will have to make the most of what is available to you.
