Create office location map in editable Powerpoint format

We need a location map for our office and I borrowed the attached pdf document from another tenant who is also located in our building (unfortunately they couldn't find their editable version). However, I need to be able to make changes so that we can adapt it with our information. I need it to be done in Powerpoint format because this is the software I'm more familiar with. It doesn't have to be exactly the same as what's shown but it's important to reflect the streets and street names. The little blue-colour squares and text should be editable so that if the business names/landmarks change in the future, I can also change it accordingly. I want to be able to change the text next to the arrow which says "4th Floor, ADNP Bldg... Chocolates". I also need to be able to add another small square next to the big square which the arrow is pointing to. I will not be changing the location of any of the streets and therefore they can remain static. It is really the small squares and names next to the small squares that I need to be able to move around and edit. I also need to be able to edit the text in the 2 text boxes showing on top of the document.
