Design one clipart image, using a different image as base

Take this figure as base: [login to view URL] Have it throw this flag away, instead of the bit of garbage: [login to view URL] Guidelines: *The flag should have no black outline, it should be solid yellow *The flag doesn't have to be the exact same shape as the garbage, just similarly shaped, and look as though it's being unfurled and discarded. *Use aspira black bold or a very similar font for the text. *Text on the flag must be warped for perspective, but still legible. *Proportions aren't too important, you may alter proportions if it helps with legibility. The font should be similar though.
