Design a door hanger

Need someone to design a door hanger to advertise a new business. We will be distributing this door hanger in residential areas. The size will be 4.5"x11". Full color, need a design for both the front and the back. Delivery in layered PSD format. Attached is a template which contains the margins/bleed area. I will provide a logo (in various formats). I will also provide some of the text and ideas we want to convey on the door hanger front and back. You will be responsible both for creating a professional, high quality design that captures customer attention. I am looking for someone can offer high quality design, an understanding of how to create ads that get good response rates, and has experience with similar work.
