Hello We are looking for a company who can make a short cartoon, This cartoon has to be (out there) we want to grab attention and get this seen on Utube, we want to go Viral, The characters have already been designed we need to create a short animation which creates awareness of our brand and concept. We are aiming this at the Spanish speaking market. We can produce in English but the end product must be spoken in Spanish
