A need for and funky website for food critic and cookery website

Good Morning, I am in need of a website developer to build me a website (duh). I have purchased a ".london" domain name, and before I give out the domain name I would like to explain what is needed and expected for the project. I want to market my website for young professionals and high-level retirees in London between the ages of 25-60. The restaurants will be upper-middle to high class and Michelin starred restaurants, as well as boutique ones. >The design- I would like the design to be something eye catching and funky. I would like the it to be themed, if possible a dynamic theme that can be changed easily every season, this can be either done automatically or manually. I would like it to have an integrated blog, YouTube video blog page, and other pages can be discussed in the future. > If possible I would like it to be mobile compatible > full integration with major social networks (FB, Twitter, Four Square, YouTube) > I would like to have a login page, either login though social networks, or email, I would like some of things restricted and can only be viewed upon signing up. > From the developers, I would value any advice you have regarding design and running of the website, as this would be my first, big personal project. > I would also like an expected time frame in which the website would be completed. > End user documentation is a must > You must be a good communicator, I am based in London, and would prefer someone based locally, unless you are based elsewhere and we can set up skype meetings. I am still awaiting for confirmation for the general availability phase, but I have already paid for domain.
