Need a PHP/Wordpress Coder - setup sales page HTML

I need a coder for a very small job to setup ready-to-go HTML and graphics on the client's Wordpress website as a new sales page. Here are the steps that need to be taken - 1) Create a new page and install the ready-to-go HTML and graphics. 2) Connect the client's Mailchimp to the email signup section 3) Login to getDPD shopping cart, create a new product for her e-book 4) Connect getDPD shopping cart checkout link to sales page. When you are complete with the work, please let me know prior to adding the page to her menu. I need to double check your work. Work must be completed in one day.
