Create a simple website builder

I need a very simple online website builder created. It should look and function similar to paint. You should be able to draw shapes and lines, add text and images, add links and more. The end product should be very easy to use: You would simply draw the shapes and add the images and colours and text and links, etc. into exactly what you want the webpage to look like. Then, you would be able to export it as a .zip file. The .zip file will include an [login to view URL] file, a [login to view URL] file and an assets folder with all of the images and shapes, etc..
