Create email template + update of the delivery status (tracking)

We need a full email template package & email notification of the delivery status. We Sell product on ebay but our catalog & orders are managed by Prestashop. We want to send email to our customer When: - The order is created (paid) - The order is shipped - The package left the origin country - The package arrive at the destination Country - The package is delivered Additional informations: - We ship worldwide - Must be in 2 language English or French (choice of language depending on the destination country) - Must Include our "average shipping time" = a feature in prestashop - Must include our average delivery time (Depending the country, There are 3 different area) - Must support following carrier: POSTNL, China POST, Singapore Post, Swiss Post, Hong Kong Post, Malaysia Post, Philippines Post ePacket (USA, AUSTRALIA, CANADA, UK, FRANCE, RUSSIA), Sweden Post, EMS - Order are automaticaly imported in prestashop - Email notification by prestashop are currently disable - Must send a copy of each email to us - Must send us a warning if a tracking code is not updated during 10 days - Must send us an email when there is an error (Unrecognized Tracking status...) - The main goal is to reassure our client, limit questions.
