Create Special Login Form for Website

I have a website that I need a special join/login form created for (see attachment for a screenshot). The website join form is roughly setup, but it needs to be made functional. This form will ask the user to enter their [login to view URL] email address and password. What needs to happen then is that my site will go to [login to view URL] and login to this user's Kickstarter account and retrieve several pieces of information from their profile there. The information that needs to be retrieved is the number of projects they have backed and their profile image. These two items need to be stored in a MySQL db on my site along with the user's name, email, password which they will have entered on my join form. The other page that needs to be created is the profile page (see attachment for a screenshot). This page should display the information about the user stored in the db: name, number of projects backed, image, and rank (calculated based on number of projects backed). I am looking for someone to build the rest of this site for an ongoing project, but for now I just want to hire someone to try out this one piece of the project to see how well it goes before hiring out the entire job. I am in a time crunch to get this done so I am looking for someone that can do this very quickly.
