Building a transactional website where members of the public can by tickets into different raffles. From the users perspective 1. Click or type in a URL specific to the raffle they are interested in 2. Directed to a page that gives details of the raffle they are interested in and allows them to purchase the tickets. See attached file for an example 3. Once they have entered their contact details and number of tickets they will be directed to a payment gateway to complete the purchase - probably PayPal 4. Once the purchase is completed they will return to a 'finish' screen which confirms their purchase details and their ticket number 5. An email will be sent to the person confirming their purchase and their ticket number 6. Once the raffle is completed they will receive an email confirming who won the raffle From an admin perspective 1. Able to set up a subdomain url for a specific raffle (e.g. [login to view URL]) 2. Able to load up image of prize plus prize details (e.g. value, date drawn, description of prize) 3. Able to add details of their organisation (e.g. school name) so people know who is running the raffle 4. Able to launch raffle 5. Able to see how many tickets have been sold/money raised 6. Able to close the raffle once draw date is reached 7. Able to randomly select a ticket winner 8. Able to email winner and send group email to everyone else telling the who has won 9. Able to print out leaflets that mirror the look of the home page that can be distributed to interested participants. The left-hand side of the leaflet will describe the prize, the right-hand side will say who is running the charity and the URL for people to visit to purchase tickets. Will look like the top half of the home page (see attached file) but give the URL rather than a 'click here' icon From a tech perspective Web-site will be hosted on the cloud and should use common programming languages such as PHP, Mysql. Emailing will be provided by provider such as emailchimp or use an interface such as sendy with AWS mailing platform CMS should be user-friendly and all aspects of the site and CMS should be able to be easily developed further in the future

Is there any news to us? 1. The online raffles website can be designed and developed. 2. The CMS will be easy to navigate and use. We can use wordpress as the CMS. 3. The raffles functionality will be developed as a separate plugin into the site. 4. The site can have to following features as described by you. User Interface: Users can browse the site and can view any raffles that are listed. They can purchase tickets for the raffles. The payment can be done through paypal. A confirmation email will be sent. Once raffle completed, they will be announced of the winner. Admin Interface 1. Admins can create/edit raffles (Raffle management) 2. Raffles contain - organization name, start and end date, price details, Launch date, 3. Ticket and payment management - to be able to view how many tickets sold, payment information etc., 4. Selecting ticket winner - Random selection. 5. System will send winner email notification and to the group as well. This will be automatic. 6. Content management of the site. 7. Hi, i'm interested in this project however i have a few questions. 1 Would the site require a user system or would there be only one admin to manage all the raffles? 2 Should a client have to create an account before buying a ticket or is an email provided in the ticket buying form required? 3 Should the cms handle raised money (ie send to the organisation) or would that be done by hand? 4 Is a front page with listing of all raffles required? 5 Are there any particular requirements in terms of design? Also it would make sense to close the raffle and draw winners automatically once the draw date is reached. I think that's all, thanks for consideration and looking forward to working with you.
