Build a memorial website

I own a domain name of a international star [login to view URL] (then the name) that I would like to build a site for. This would be a serious site for visitors to memorialize the individual (who is old but not dead). I have a bit of artwork and a pattern of an idea. Since this is a music star, I'd like people to be able to post recollections of the persons work under the categories of Recordings, Concerts, or Personal Stories. I haven't decided yet if I will require people to register but I'd like people to be able to know if someone has added to their thread. (hope that makes sense.) I envision a single page which when choosing the particular category you want to post under you can read other posts and add your own. I want to be able to put a few ads on the site but don't want it to look like I am just building this to sell something. I want this to be a real memorial of the person that I would hope to keep hosting for a long time. I would think that this is on the low end of a small project. I am able to upload images so I don't need a script built for me to change the ads, just some guidance about which file and line it is located on. Open to questions. I also don't want to go "live" until the person passes. I think it would be horrible to see that a fan is doing this behind your back even though the person may know that I own the domain. If possible I'd like to see some of your work before I hire you. I am not in a rush, so I won't (yet) pay extra to post this job. Thanks Frank
