We have a website that is partially complete. We need someone to asses the website, complete it according to our specifications and also RECOMMEND content to make a full and complete website. Our site is located at [login to view URL] The objective of the site is to create online sessions between interpreters and clients. Please see our specifications document. We REALLY, REALLY need a web programmer who can take charge of this project and take it in the right direction and tell US what needs to be done to accomplish our desired objective. We are not website professionals and do not know how websites work, therefore we need to someone who we can explain our business objective and they can provide the direction on how to put into a website. We are open to a fixed project if the freelancer prefers.

Dear sir, It has come to my attention that you wanted a website working with tokbox api. Do you want to put a web based video chat that can connect someone to the clients? If so, I can offer the followings. - to integrate the TOKBOX api to your website.
