Client requires a site like [login to view URL] videos will be pushed using mobile technology sittting on a voip sip platform and will be pushed to clients with a purchase by sms or purchase by billing to phone or by using voip credits and or paypal. its primarily running on javascript and using flash but we will want to avoid anything that will cause incompatibiltity with mobile platforms. [login to view URL] client will recieve push notifications to their phone through an app on platforms android, ios, blackberry windows they will be able to listen to and watch videos and elect to purchase/download ringtones of the video. thanks.
