I have a site where users can upload their files and I need them to be able to customize their download pages per file if they want. I also need a TOS for them to agree to before using this feature. I also need this done to the link locker. Users should be able to customize everything from the top to the bottom of the page.

I also need maxmind phone verify added to the registration page and in the admin panel give the ip score of the ip used to register, and check if the location they use matches the location of maxminds return for their location.

EchoSign api integration and user must complete the form before cashing out. Must report back the document has been signed in admin panel.

I also need a registration form implemented into the user area for the private community that uses phpfox. Only people from the site can register and can choose a username, and password.
